By accessing or using the Half Caff website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in product or pricing information.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
We want you to love your Half Caff. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will work with you to make it right — whether that’s a replacement, credit, or refund.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened bags are not eligible for return, but we stand behind our product quality.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Half Caff and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Half Caff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.
