Every bag of Half Caff is roasted fresh when you order. This means we typically need 1–2 business days to roast, rest, and pack your coffee before it ships. We think the wait is worth it — you'll taste the difference.

Delivery windows begin after roasting and processing (1–2 business days). Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. International shipping is not available at this time — but we’re working on it.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Transit times are estimated by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. We’ll investigate and make it right.
Need to change your shipping address? Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We can update addresses before roasting begins, but cannot modify orders already in transit.
