Our goal was to design a coffee that we could help wake up to a sunrise with and enjoy all day and not worry about the jitters or feeling restless when we need to wind down for the day

We roast regular coffee, then decaf coffee, those roasts are then blended toghet 50/50 to make it Half Caff. the decaffeination method is Swiss Water Process
